Ebblog on hiatus
Hey guys and gals. I'm gonna cease Ebblog entries for the time being. It just hasn't morphed into what I was hoping in terms of community interaction. Maybe I don't get as many readers as I thought or maybe I just overestimated users' interest in dialoguing issues or what have you. Most likely though is that my entries weren't engaging enough to warrant user interaction. It also could be that EbbWorld's readers don't know the difference between a blog and an email, which is entirely possible. Either way, it takes up too much time to set these up, so I'd rather focus on providing more fresh EbbWorld content.
By all means though comment on this entry. Let me know what you think I did wrong, or not, with Ebblog. Has my writing been stale of late? Too many article links? Too little content? Also, please don't think I'll be offended or something. This thing was mostly an experiment and I've learned what I wanted to learn. So in actuality, it was a success :)

um no. i don't like that idea. i've wanted to post stuff but haven't had time. now i do so you're getting my post(s) :)
hehe, thanks for your responses Marit. I'll prolly add a couple more articles here, just not everyone like I was sort of doing before.
I read the blog regularly but not frequently. Your thoughts are provoking and I comment on some. I should actually comment on more as a way to think out loud. It helps me. I enjoy your blog the most of the three that I check. Please keep it up, even if it is updated less frequently.
So you're getting feedback via email, but not thru the Blog? I say, do what'cha have time for, and let things lie where they may. I prefer updated content on the parent site myself. However, if there was a lot of debate, and dram on the Blog, I'd certainly be all over that like McNabb on the trainer's table.
Well if someone leaves a blog comment, i get it emailed to me too.
Thanks guys for the comments though. I'll try to post some things here that I think people would feel inclined to comment on.
