» Random Thoughts Current Archive [an error occurred while processing this directive]		July 7, 2005 - Arcades for sale         Periodically people will ask me where I get the arcade machines I own from.  Obviously arcades aren't as superfluous as they were 10-20 years ago, so where do you get them?         Well because of the interest some have shown, I will now periodically post local arcade and pinball ads for those that may be interested in that Donkey Kong cocktail down the street.  Now online classifieds aren't the only place you'll find these games but I'll just be posting them, mostly craigslist.org ads. A couple other places you can find arcade machines for sale are:    Ebay    Newspaper classifieds    Garage sales    Newsgroups like rec.games.video.arcade.collecting and rec.games.pinball    Bowling alleys and pizza places    Closing arcades Good luck brave adventurer!  And feel free to email me with questions!  Remember also, most sellers are willing to negotiate the price.
